We invite you to share your creativity by designing an artwork that celebrates our 10th anniversary.
Toby's Estate is always proud of empowering those striving for excellence in their line of work. So on this special milestone, we chose to celebrate local artists from our community in Kuwait.
This is your chance to showcase your art on our limited-edition collectible merchandise and cups, for a selected period of time.
ندعوكم تشاركونا إبداعكم بتصميم رسمة حصرية لتوبيز إستيت بمناسبة مرور ١٠ سنوات على تواجدنا معاكم في الكويت.
توبيز إستيت دايمًا يسعى لدعم الطاقات المحلية من مختلف المجالات، وفي هذه المناسبة العزيزة على قلوبنا، اخترنا نحتفل بإبداعات الرسامين والمصممين.
هالمسابقة راح تعطيكم الفرصة حتى تبرزون فيها موهبتكم الفنية، وراح نختار تصميم ناجح ونطبقه على منتجات محدودة الإصدار وعلى أكواب القهوة الخاصة بالمناسبة.

The brief is simply: When you think of 10 years of Toby's Estate in Kuwait, what comes to your mind?
Submit your creative brief along with mock-ups of your original artwork on our cups and merchandise items of your choice.

السؤال اللي نبيكم تجاوبون عليه من خلال التصميم هو ببساطة: لما تتخيلون ١٠ سنين من توبيز بالكويت، شنو الرسمة اللي تخطر ببالكم؟
يرجى تقديم ملخصكم الإبداعي مرفقًا بنماذج أولية (Mock-ups) لأعمالكم الفنية الأصلية على أكوابنا ومنتجاتنا حسب اختياركم.
The winning entry will be featured across our social media channels and appear on our limited-edition 10th Anniversary merchandise and cups.
التصميم الفائز راح يظهر عبر قنواتنا على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وسيكون جزءًا من منتجاتنا وأكوابنا المحدودة الخاصة بالذكرى العاشرة.

- The competition is open only to individuals currently residing in Kuwait.
- All submissions must be original designs created by the participant and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Each participant may submit 1 entry.
- By entering, participants agree that the winning design becomes the property of Toby's Estate, including full rights for use across digital and print media, including modifications and distribution.
- Submissions must align with Toby's Estate brand identity and values. Any offensive, inappropriate, or irrelevant designs will be disqualified.
- All entries must be submitted before the stated deadline of May 20th. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Entries will be evaluated by the brand leadership based on creativity, originality, brand relevance, and overall visual impact.
- The winner will receive KD 500 in the Toby's Estate app + KD 500 cash prize, and their design may be featured on limited-edition merchandise and branding.
- Toby's Estate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Submissions must be fully human created. AI-generated or heavily AI-assisted designs will not be accepted.
- By entering, participants agree that their name and design may be used in all future promotional materials without additional compensation.
- A shortlist of finalists may be selected and contacted for further refinement or presentation of their designs.
- Participation in the competition constitutes full acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.
- المسابقة مفتوحة فقط للأفراد المقيمين حاليًا في دولة الكويت.
- يجب أن تكون جميع المشاركات تصاميم أصلية من إبداع المشارك، وألا تنتهك أي حقوق ملكية فكرية لطرف ثالث.
- يحق لكل مشارك تقديم مشاركة واحدة فقط.
- بالمشاركة في المسابقة، يوافق المشارك على أن التصميم الفائز يصبح ملكًا لشركة توبيز إستيت، مع كامل حقوق الاستخدام والتعديل والنشر عبر وسائل الإعلام الرقمية والمطبوعة.
- يجب أن تتماشى التصاميم مع هوية وقيم توبيز إستيت، وسيتم استبعاد أي تصميم غير لائق أو غير مناسب أو خارج الإطار المطلوب.
- يجب تقديم جميع المشاركات قبل الموعد النهائي المحدد في ٢٠ مايو، ولن يتم قبول أي مشاركة بعد هذا الموعد.
- سيتم تقييم المشاركات بناءً على الإبداع، والأصالة، ومدى توافقها مع العلامة التجارية، والتأثير البصري العام.
- سيحصل الفائز على ٥٠٠ دينار كويتي في تطبيق توبيز إستيت + ٥٠٠ دينار كويتي نقدًا، وسيتم استخدام تصميمه في منتجات محدودة الإصدار.
- تحتفظ توبيز إستيت بالحق في تعديل أو إيقاف أو إلغاء المسابقة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
- يجب أن تكون جميع التصاميم من تنفيذ بشري بالكامل، ولن يتم قبول التصاميم المُنشأة أو المُعتمدة بشكل كبير على الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- بالمشاركة، يوافق المشاركون على إمكانية استخدام أسمائهم وتصاميمهم في جميع المواد الترويجية المستقبلية دون أي تعويض إضافي.
- قد يتم اختيار قائمة مختصرة من المتأهلين النهائيين والتواصل معهم لإجراء تعديلات إضافية.
- تعني المشاركة في المسابقة الموافقة الكاملة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
